Reduction of CO2-Footprint

We design a more
sustainable future

We are reducing our energy consumption and lowering our CO₂ emissions through innovative technologies, the use of environmentally friendly alternatives and the utilisation of renewable energies.

Real commitment

We want to consistently optimise our direct and indirect energy consumption

As a manufacturer of chemical consumables, we have to pay close attention to what we process. This not only includes the responsible use of the resources we use in our plant, but also those contained in our supplier products. In addition, how we handle the energy we use is crucial for sustainable production.

It is essential that we continually scrutinise these aspects and hold ourselves accountable. After all, sustainability must not just be a marketing gimmick. Rather, it is a real commitment to our planet. With the following measures, we are reducing our energy consumption and thus also our carbon footprint.

Alternatives to alcohol-based fluxes

Nowadays, alcohol-based fluxes can often be almost completely replaced by water-based or hybrid fluxes. This can significantly reduce the CO₂ pollution that occurs during the production of alcohols.

Innovative concentrates

By producing concentrates for fluxes and cleaners, we can significantly reduce CO₂ emissions, as the volume-reduced transport requires significantly less energy and resources.

Rethinking packaging materials

We are committed to minimising the use of petroleum-based packaging materials.

Four-day week

Energy-saving measures such as the introduction of a four-day week can lead to a significant reduction in indirect energy consumption.

Utilisation of renewable energy sources

The expansion of renewable energy sources on our company premises is a further step towards a greener future.

Furthermore, as a global manufacturer of consumables, we attach great importance to minimising the greenhouse gas emissions caused by the transport of our products as far as possible.
